Easy to Make Ahead - Beef Stew

This quick and easy beef stew is simple, throw together, has become a staple of our family recipes. I love, just a few fresh ingredients and very little time to prepare a delicious dinner out. Comfort food, no trouble, a stew dinner toast. What more could a girl want?

Composition table:

1.5 pounds beef stew
1 / 2 length flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 / 2 tsp. Pepper
1 / 2 tsp. Cumin
3 tbsp. Cooking oil
1 1 / 2 C. water
2 onions, sliced and separated
3 potatoes, cube
3 carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced

** A Note on the beef - you can buy from anywhere from 1 to 2 pounds depending on how "strong" you want people. I found that about 1.5 pounds, we are a good measure. In addition, it does not have to be pre-cut stew package. Honestly, I only buy things on sale that day. If you need to cut, no big deal. What fresh, and look forward to at the time the best.

Cut into bite-size pieces of meat, if you need.

Flour, salt and pepper a bowl or the bag. The parts bag or a bowl of meat, a time in a small part, to shake or throw the jacket. Reserves flour.

Brown meat all the oil. Add water, cover and cook until tender over low heat, usually about 2 hours. Add vegetables and cooking pot, and continue until the vegetables tender about 30 minutes. If you need, and keep the flour or starch thicken bit.
